Meals on Wheels

Step 1: Design

I’ll begin by designing a user-friendly interactive form using the UX principles and patterns we've covered so far. This project simulates a real-world scenario where I’ll think critically from the user’s perspective, ensuring the form is intuitive and easy to navigate. The form will be for the municipal government to capture essential information for residents applying for a Meals on Wheels service, including details such as names, ages, disabilities, meal preferences, and contact information.

I’ll use a design software to create the form, ensuring it reflects key principles like usability, simplicity, and clear content hierarchy. Along with the design, I’ll include annotations to explain any functionality and rationale behind my design decisions, such as content organization, error prevention, and user flow.

Step 2: Review and Refine

After posting my form, I’ll review the design and functionality based on the initial feedback and make any necessary refinements. This stage is focused on fine-tuning the form’s usability, ensuring all elements work smoothly, and the final design meets the needs of the users.
